The role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Head to lead our BSTM (Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management) program at our AMA campus in Davao City. As the Program Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our tourism management degree, ensuring high-quality teaching, student engagement, and strong academic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of the BSTM program
  2. Provide academic leadership and guidance to the teaching faculty, ensuring effective delivery of the curriculum
  3. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance student success and retention
  4. Engage with industry partners to ensure the program remains relevant and responsive to market needs
