About The Role

As the Program Lead - Access, Equity & Flow, you will provide strategic leadership across the Grampians Local Health Service Network (GLHSN) to improve patient flow and ensure equitable access to care for all communities. You’ll lead, coordinate and continually refine access and flow initiatives, aligning them with the GLHSN Clinical Services Plan and emerging policy priorities. By using data, collaboration and technology, you’ll drive improvements in patient pathways, optimise bed utilisation and support care close to home. This role plays a key part in fostering a whole‑of‑network approach to patient flow, enabling timely, safe and integrated care across all member health services.
