Required Skills & Experience:


  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, some of which has been in hands-on software development
  • Program delivery experience in Enterprise Web Application development (Native Cloud, On-premise, RDBMS/ big-data/NoSQL, Java/Python/Django/JavaScript)
  • Project planning, execution and tracking primarily in an agile environment using frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban etc.
  • Well versed in various Enterprise Architectural paradigms (Especially in distributed systems) across technology stacks, working on programs with significant application engineering and development components. Exposure to Mobile Application development is a Plus
  • Exposure to high volume data processing in batch and/or real time, and their impact on design, performance functioning, and maintenance of software system design
  • Good experience is implementing secure coding practices and quality assurance
  • Good experience in vulnerability assessment and security testing of Web applications
  • Team management and client stakeholder management
  • (Preferable) Exposure to MLOps/DevOps implementation techniques and practices so as to enable end to end automation of software development and deployment process on cloud
