**Program Lead, Design to Consumer**
The Design to Value (Dtv) team exists to drive enterprise-wide value creation by developing and executing an integrated, cross-functional Design to Value (DtV) capability. The objective to deliver value through sustained productivity, simplification, and harmonization across raw materials, packaging, recipes, and processes.
The Program Lead within the Design to Value (DtV) team will be responsible for coordinating program structure, governance, and decision-making processes to ensure successful delivery of value creation initiatives. This role will provide operational discipline, manage timelines, and enable cross-functional collaboration across global and regional projects.
This role will act as the backbone of the DtV capability, ensuring clarity, alignment, and pace in execution while safeguarding consumer value and distinctive product assets.
