The Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership (CIIL) empowers Western Canadian organizations to develop and maintain equitable and inclusive environments. Driven by research and data, our focus is on providing support and training to organizations as well as conducting innovative research in the areas of inclusion.

We’re seeking a candidate with initiative and natural relationship building skills to manage two programs, and support with identifying opportunities for funding, new clients for the ongoing delivery and funding of these projects. Your keen eye for detail and research acumen will be put to good use as you prepare project proposals, budgets, and contracts for the college.
