**About the Role**

The B2B Eater Support Strategy Program Leader sits within the Global Programs (GP) organization within CommOps, Uber's team dedicated to delivering effective customer service. Our team's mission is to define, design, and deliver best-in-class support to Uber for Business (U4B) customers, Uber's B2B line of business.

The B2B Eater Support Strategy Program Leader will work with various cross functional stakeholders to shape the ways we interact with Uber's corporate meal program customers. This includes several personas - including the corporate Admins managing programs on behalf of their customers, and the employees who are leveraging these services.
