Program Lead/Manager - 12 month contract with extensions

As a result of a secured engagement with one of our partners, Helix requires a dynamic, experienced, hands‑on Program Leader to join on a long term contract. You will have a proven track record driving business outcomes utilising hybrid delivery approaches within challenging, sensitive and complex, high stakes federal government environments.

You will also be accustomed to running delivery and governance for multi‑stream projects of work while facing both external and internal stakeholders as well as interfacing with multiple vendor technical teams.

Program Lead key requirements:

• Proven experience working in a consultative and demanding Snr Project or Program Management role
• Below the line experience is advantageous
• Management of scope within a fixed price setting essential
