The Program Management Executive serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and acts as the liaison between the commercial team and all other departments within the organization. The role is responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring account retention and growth, and identifying opportunities for account management improvements, which are reported to the Head of Department (HOD).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the HOD in managing and expanding designated key accounts. Identify and implement improvements to overall account management processes.
  • Ensure operational excellence across assigned accounts. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering accurate reporting, timely responses, and effective support for ad-hoc requests.
