Program Management Intern (US)

Location: Domlur, Bangalore, India.

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: 18-20K / Month

Shift Timings: 3 PM-11 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program Management Intern who is passionate about solving problems, driving operational excellence, and learning how to manage cross-functional projects in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do As a Program Management Intern, you will:

● Support the Program Management team in driving strategic initiatives across SaaS projects and daily tasks.

● Assist in P&L management, cost and revenue tracking, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.

● Build and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and program success. ● Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows.

● Document learnings, create presentations, and support leadership reviews.

● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using a data-driven approach.

What We’re Looking For:

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS Reportings.

● Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

● A self-starter with curiosity to learn and bias for action.

● Passion for technology, SaaS, or the creator economy is a plus.
