Responsible for end-to-end program management of B2B programs as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Plan, direct, and orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the key initiatives in support of the Big Plays, with strong collaboration with business leaders and B2B teams. Lead discussions on making value-creating decisions based on emerging trends and opportunities and internal capabilities. Benchmark and evaluate the performance of the B2B organization to ensure it delivers value to the business while optimizing its operating model.

Program Management

Create and manage execution of B2B’s strategic goals through detailed plans and determine governance processes to ensure initiatives are completed on-time and within budget.
