Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor program execution, including identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reporting materials (daily, weekly, and monthly) for progress tracking and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support effective collaboration and program success.
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with client and organizational requirements, processes, and standards.
