II/ AIM OF THE POSITION
Assists the Program Management Team and the business workload and contracts (POs) in their administrative tasks: input and modification of order books, creation of OET in the ERP, realization of purchase requisitions, archiving of contracts (POs).
III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
Creation of ordering booksfrom orders Customers and after reviewing orders that the program manager can delegate to him, creates an order book that will be imported into the ERP system (SILOG / ERP)
Update of ordering books
Integrates changes in the order book into the ERP after validation of the program manager.
Purchase Order Management
PO Review (quantities, revision, lead times)
PO acceptance
Creation of OET
Key user SAP Program
