Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall account management of assigned customers/accounts
  • Responsible for revenue and organic growth targets
  • Responsible for RFQ and pricing, legal affairs, negotiations (in any assigned area)
  • Responsible for understanding and driving the customer/account P&L (sales, margins, mark‑ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any other specific cost drivers.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with assigned customer through consistent, timely and accurate data feed
  • Responsible to understand customer contracts and the relation to actual production and processes
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
  • In charge of customer’s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
