Program Management - Subcontract Manager

**Description:** **WHAT WE'RE DOING**
This position is the Sourcing Manager for the Subsurface Electronic Warfare (EW) programs within the Maritime EW Market Segment. This position will be responsible for leading a team of ten (10) sourcing personnel focused on delivering on existing programs and capturing new related business.

• Managing a team of experienced and new professionals, with a focus on development and coaching
• Overseeing performance of major subcontractors and critical suppliers
• Implementing strategies to drive efficiencies and to ensure on-time deliveries that meet production floor needs
• Collaborating with multiple functions, suppliers, and leadership to resolve issues, both internally and externally
• Managing key metrics and performance, include material base and repair cycle time
