Department Description:
The Strategic Customers, Engineering team at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. These clients are not merely customers but vital partners in our business, as they operate their enterprises on our robust and reliable cloud platform.
Job Responsibilities:
You’ll work closely with OCI’s strategic customers in APAC region, and their account engineering and TPM teams, for both Cloud Native and AI Infra use cases, to deeply understand their business goals and requirements, translate both technical and non-technical needs into clear priorities, and drive adoption and growth.
