Position Summary:
Person in this position will be responsible for providing administrative programmatic leadership and oversight of the program of the Department of Social Services (DSS) Homeless Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP). Responsible for coordination of client care by collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to provide and facilitate services. This position will monitor data for contract compliance, submit performance reports, and will provide supervision through direct observation and follow-up training.
