Coordination - Program Delivery Office
The Program Manager leads two critical infrastructure coordination groups: Outage Coordination & Preventative Maintenance and Inspection, and Right-of-Entry & Third Party Coordination. This position ensures safe, efficient, and well-planned maintenance, inspection, and construction activities across SEPTA's system, while serving as a primary liaison with PennDOT, the City of Philadelphia, utilities, and developers.

The Program Manager has full technical responsibility for the interpretation, organization, execution and coordination of his/her assignments for their respective Department. He/She must have extensive knowledge of engineering, construction, operations and good business practices.
