Job Description
As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of customer programs. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth.
