Major/Essential Functions
Engage directly with priority students, identified through Raider Success Hub and other prioritization strategies, to provide individualized support and co-create success plans that address academic, social, or personal challenges.Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address student success challenges in real time through individualized support, resource connection, and creative intervention.Partner with academic colleges, success specialists, and student support areas to stay informed on university resources, address student needs, and provide warm hand-offs or referrals.Maintain awareness of key student populations and trends that inform the work, including but not limited to New to Texas Tech students and those outside of Good Academic Standing.Utilize Raider Success Hub to monitor, communicate with, and support special populations of potentially at-risk students alongside the stud...
