Overview

CIS Secure will be leading a multi-year program in partnership with an industry Integrator to deliver a next-generation secure communication system for aircraft operations. Based in Ashburn, VA, this initiative will produce a ruggedized, military-grade VOIP solution that enables secure voice and data communication across multiple classified domains. The program spans the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis and preliminary design through prototyping, integration, and verification testing, executed under AS6500, AS9100, and CMMI standards. The Program Manager, reporting to the Senior Program Manager and alongside additional project leadership, will play a critical role in establishing processes, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, driving schedule and risk management, and ensuring readiness of all deliverables within the first 90 days.
