Program Manager - Assembly Automation

Will lead the end-to-end execution of assembly automation projects across VAT sites in Switzerland, Romania, and Malaysia. Own the rollout of standardized modules (servo presses, Helicoil inserts, robotic screwdriving, precision greasing, leak testing, cobots, and more). Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, IT, and integrators to deliver scalable, ergonomic, and cycle-time-optimized solutions. Manage full project lifecycles (> CHF 1M): from scope and vendor selection to FAT/SAT, training, and global rollout.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Program Ownership: Manage the global automation roadmap for assembly for the upcoming 5 years; prepare investment cases, track benefits, and steer cross-site adoption.
