Join the Transformation and Program Management Office (PMO) team at a leading hospitality company known for its innovation, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences through transformation and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll drive strategic coordination, governance, and delivery for the company’s Owner Lifecycle Management initiative.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic support for a large-scale transformation program focused on Owner Lifecycle Management.

  • Align cross-functional workstreams with organizational goals, ensuring a product-centric and value-driven approach.

  • Coordinate and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of program milestones.

  • Facilitate engagement with technology, business, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Support governance activities and executive reporting for leadership decision-making.

  • Identify and mitigate program risks related to scope, schedule, and change management.

  • Monitor adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and communications for stakeholders.

Program Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation programs in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-centric delivery models.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
