Job Description

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Own the **strategy** **‑** **to** **‑** **execution** lifecycle for a multi‑program portfolio; translate strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps, OKRs, and funding plans.
+ Establish **portfolio governance** : stage gates, benefits realization, risk/compliance reviews, and executive readouts.
+ Lead the most complex, ambiguous initiatives with enterprise impact; orchestrate cross‑functional teams and partners to deliver outcomes on time and budget.
+ Institutionalize standards (integrated plans, dependency and critical‑path control, decision logs) and coach junior PMs to adopt them.
+ Design enterprise **change strategies** (sponsor roadmap, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement) to achieve sustainable adoption.
+ Define and evolve **COE methods** across program/project, change, and process/CI; introduce new approaches leveraging Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking.
