**Job summary**
You will be the operational backbone of the CTO office. the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will track commitments prepare leadership for key meetings chase follow-ups
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and run leadership meetings agendas notes action items follow-ups
* Support OKR and quarterly planning processes across teams
* Create written materials decks and briefing documents on behalf of the CTO
* Facilitate project planning sessions and help teams translate goals into structured plans
* Identify process gaps and drive improvements through better tooling or workflows
* Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests that are urgent and important
