The Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute our startup partnership programs . This is a high-impact role responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing programs that help founders move from application → validation → funding readiness .

You will work directly with founders, mentors, and stakeholders , ensuring each startup’s journey is smooth, strategic, and successful.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute structured startup programs for Robotics, AI, and Deep Tech startups.
• Lead end-to-end execution of Open Innovation Challenge (OIC) programs.
• Manage ecosystem partnerships (incubators, TBIs, CoEs, universities, and industry partners)
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and execution trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams, mentors, investors, and partners.
• Track startup and program performance and continuously optimize execution quality.
• Support documentation, reporting, and data handover for next-stage programs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 plus years of experience in: Startup programs, accelerators, incubators, or venture studios.
• Innovation challenges or ecosystem-driven programs.
• Strong program management and execution mindset.
• Comfortable working with founders, mentors, investors, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple startups and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly reliable executor with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
• Calm, structured, and outcome-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Focused, humble, and dedicated professional who thrives in hands-on roles.
• Primarily office-based role with hands-on, immersive work exposure.
• 6-day format designed to accelerate learning and responsibility.
