The Program Manager will oversee, coordinate, and deliver successful programs and initiatives that align with ultra's mission. This includes planning and executing projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The candidate will also analyze program performance, address key challenges, and work collaboratively to drive improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

• Strong project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operational optimization and process improvement
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities
• Solid understanding of investment products and financial services
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the finance or investment industry is an asset
