Role Overview:
The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives, streamline BD processes, and enable the B2B
team to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage strategic programs end-to-end.
• Create program frameworks, dashboards, and review cadences.
• Support BD team with proposals, solution design, and RFP management.
• Drive CFR across BD, Ops, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and CX.
• Implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Build CRM hygiene and BD performance tracking.
• Manage dashboards and revenue forecasts.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong program & project management skills
• Analytical and data-driven
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• CRM exposure (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Preferred Experience:
• 4–8 years in Program Management / Sales PMO / Strategy roles
• Exposure to B2B, EV, energy, mobility, logistics, SaaS
• Startup experience preferred
