Management Office. This role is critical to driving execution excellence, aligning cross-functional

teams, and ensuring our most important initiatives are delivered with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across verticals —

from planning to rollout and post-mortem.

2. Strategic Partner: Drive initiatives that are central to Unacademy's growth and scale.

3. Business Analysis & Decision Support: Deep dive into performance data to identify trends,

risks, and opportunities; support business reviews with actionable insights.

4. Revenue & Cost Optimization: Identify levers to drive revenue growth, control operational

costs, reduce burn, and improve efficiency across departments.

5. Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between product, business, finance, operations,

and other teams to ensure timely execution of projects and strategic clarity.

6. Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, process improvements, and governance

frameworks that drive agility, accountability, and quality outcomes.

7. Insight-Driven Strategy: Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to inform strategic

planning and execution.

Who You Are:

1. 3–6 years of experience in consulting, startups, project management, or similar high-impact

roles.

2. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deliver results, and influence across

teams.

3. Strong command over data analytics.

4. Experience in cost-saving initiatives, operational optimization, and driving revenue growth.

5. Strong research and communication skills — able to break down complexity into clear

insights and crisp presentations.

6. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity and changing

priorities.
