Do you want to lead high-impact Industry 4.0 programs for global manufacturing leaders? Are you motivated by coordinating complex technical environments, aligning stakeholders, and shaping long-term technology evolution?

We are looking for a Program Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for a major Life Cycle Management (LCM) program within BU MIT for one of our clients. This multi-year program focuses on modernising automation platforms, OT infrastructure, MES/MOM layers, and related digital systems.

In addition to this core assignment, you will also lead automation projects and digital transformation programs for other AGS clients across EMEA.

This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, political awareness, and technical affinity, especially with automation systems.
