I. Basic Functions:
The Program Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery of effective educational programs (products) and experiences. The duties include overseeing the implementation of degree / non-degree programs; managing the project to develop bachelor’s, master’s, and other educational programs in close coordination with the Academic Director in the assigned faculty; and working with marketing executives on the implementation and monitoring of the campaigns as well as maintaining close communication with recruiters and students (clients) to get feedback on the overall effectiveness of the program. II. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related subjects. A graduate degree is an asset. More than 5 years of experience in program / product management. Strategic thinking: continually identifies new opportunities to develop strategic goals, programs or services and their specific placement within AUB distribution channels. Strong managerial skills: exhibits strong organizational time management skills. Able to prioritize or reprioritize and delegate projects and initiatives. Consistently sets and meets deadlines ensuring integrity and accuracy of deliverables. Employs superior communications (verbal and written) and analytical skills. Commitment to outstanding levels of customer service. Highly responsive. An understanding of the marketing and sales cycle in the higher education context is an asset. Knowledge of CRM systems. Excellent knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PPT, Moodle (or other Learning Management System). Excellent command of English and Arabic.
