Role: Program Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: IST

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India – 5x days onsite

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will provide operational support to internal business teams and stakeholders, managing daily program activities and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers. This role includes oversight of daily processes, drive compliance, review staffing contracts, and participation in special projects.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program in India via the VMS, partnering with the Global Contingent Workforce Team.

  • Deliver support and training to managers and suppliers on program guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • Manage the invoice process through the VMS.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on quarterly and project-based initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing partners, driving compliance with program objectives.

  • Identify and address problem areas with actionable solutions.


Qualifications



  • 4–6 years of experience in contingent workforce program management, staffing leadership, or MSP leadership/operations.

  • Strong understanding of the contingent workforce employment laws in India

  • Proficiency with VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Wand.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • High learning agility, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education, training, or experience considered.
