Program Manager – Brazil

MTA is looking for a Program Manager for the plant based in Arujà - SP.

Job Summary

Responsible for project management of new developments, including the prototype phase and modifications of items already in mass production, ensuring the fulfillment of scope regarding Cost, Time, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Creation and monitoring of development/modification project schedules;
• Creation and monitoring of project budgets;
• Management of new projects;
• Management of project modifications;
• Management of materials and manufacturing during the prototype phase;
• Internal and client-facing communication regarding the project schedule and activities.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related fields)
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management (desirable)
• Fluent in English
• ANPQP (desirable)
