Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Program Manager-Operational Excellence


Position type: Full-time- Contract

Duration: 02 Months

Available Locations: Lawrence Township, New Brunswick OR Giralda Farms, Madison, NJ (50% onsite)



As a Program Manager you will:
  • Provide program management support across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and progress reporting
  • Partner with Business Process Owners and leaders to design, document, and implement future-state processes, ensuring alignment across functions and governance structures
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOP updates, and supporting documentation using enterprise tools (e.g., Adonis, MS Project, OnePlan)
