Program Manager

Job/Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for customer product delivery schedules, planning, managing, and tracking. The Program Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer. Primary Responsibilities • Leads all phases of assigned customer programs from initiation through delivery. • Able to apply established technologies using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical and programmatic problems. • Assign and monitor the health of projects, providing team support and direction when necessary. • Track all customer projects and deliverables. • Accomplishes objectives through coordination and teamwork with other departments and stakeholders including suppliers and customers. • Responsible for decisions that could greatly impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources. • Perform additional functions and other duties as assigned or requi...
