Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager based in Zirakpur-Chandigarh, India. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager (SOP Development) to create, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments. The role involves collaborating with department heads, documenting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving standardization to enhance overall efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

SOP Development & Documentation

  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for multiple departments and business processes.
  • Understand departmental workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Standardize procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance.

Implementation & Training

  • Monitor the implementation of SOPs and ensure adherence across teams.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new and revised SOPs.
  • Maintain centralized SOP records with proper version control.

Process Improvement & Coordination

  • Track process performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with management to ensure SOPs align with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure smooth functional operations.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • Experience in SOP creation, process management, or program management preferred.


Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate (Higher qualifications in management or operations will be an advantage.)


Skills

  • Strong understanding of process management and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
