Program Manager - Change Management

Job Description
• Lead change management strategy and execution, including change assessments to understand the scope and scale of upcoming changes, stakeholder impacts, and potential areas of resistance - ensuring business readiness and alignment.
• Define change goals and success metrics in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders; monitor and report on progress and impact.
• Enhance project plans with clear enablement deliverables and milestones to support successful solution implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborate closely with program managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders; facilitate working sessions, readiness checkpoints, and leadership alignment meetings to keep initiatives on track.
• Translate complex product functionality into clear, accessible messaging and narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
