About the role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex SaaS programs, tight delivery timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, DevOps).
  

• Manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and milestones.
  

• Create and maintain program plans, RAID logs, timelines, and execution dashboards.
  

• Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and proactively unblock teams.
  

• Work closely with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities with execution.
  

• Drive release planning, sprint coordination, and go-to-market readiness.
  

• Ensure adherence to Agile / SAFe / Scrum best practices.
  

• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
  

• Support process improvements to enhance predictability, velocity, and quality.
  

• Partner with Salesforce, integration, and platform teams for enterprise-grade releases.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Program / Technical Program / Delivery Management
  

• Strong experience managing SaaS or cloud-based products
  

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
  

• Experience working with:
