JOB DESCRIPTION
:Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) – Program Manager
Experience driving out multi-million-dollar initiatives - needs to be someone who brings recommendations, their experience, drives leaders to make decisions, and can build out an operational structure that supports multi-tiered initiatives under the RHTP umbrella.
Ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives and stakeholders across different RHTP areas, spanning healthy food access infrastructure, access to care in rural areas, workforce development, use of technology in remote care settings, improving behavioral health services and continuum of care, assisted living facility support, and a variety technology initiatives that can support rural health.
