Job Description
- Manage pre-production build events with timelines, ensure that materials are ordered/trackers and sample requests to support build quantities.
- Translate customer program requirements into achievable program plans that satisfy both Irvin and the customer. Inform customer's in writing when program milestones are in jeopardy and provide recovery plans.

- Launch all new development or active maintenance program changes on time to customer delivery schedule while achieving customer PPAP and Run at Rate requirements.
- Resolve departmental cross-functional issues by engaging other managers, developing plans, and making timely/synchronized decisions based on facts.
