**Requirements**:
- Lead department activities with 10+ people and reach company’s goal and customer’s expectation as leader of customer representative and work with managers of cross function
- Control budget and HC to reach financial goal
- Coaching and present leadership and ownership to deal with request from the clients
- Take care of end-to-end process of product life
- Major escalation window for customer complaint
- Responsible for department / MPM’s performance and output result
- +5 years of experience in Project management in electronic industry or related
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor degree completed
