Role Overview
Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers
Scope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings
Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables, timelines & SLAs
Monitor and analyze AI agents performance in production
Identify and develop new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup...
