Position Summary
The Program Manager, Commercial Digital Transformation will lead strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize commercial processes, systems, and digital tools. This role will oversee large-scale transformation projects such as Salesforce implementation, End-to-End AI automation, customer portals, case management, customer 360° views, OTC/Billing automation, and advanced market analytics. The Program Manager will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to ensure successful delivery of process and technology improvements that enhance customer experience, drive efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities.
