Overview
We're building the foundation for predictable, high-velocity product delivery. We need a Program Manager who can establish process rigor, build shared understanding and alignment between product and engineering, and create the systems that enable us to deliver firm roadmap commitments to the company. This isn't about managing programs in a well-oiled machine—it's about building the machine itself. You'll work directly with product and engineering leadership to transform how we scope, plan, and deliver work.

+ Establish and maintain product operations processes including intake, requirements definition, sprint planning, and roadmap management
+ Create and facilitate rituals that ensure engineers understand scope, context, and business value before committing to work
