JetLearn is Europe’s leading coding academy for kids aged 5–16, delivering personalized 1:1 online coding and robotics classes. With learners across 18+ countries, we empower the next generation with future-ready skills through a curriculum developed by experts from MIT, Stanford, and IIT.

As we scale globally, we are building a Founder’s Office team to drive JetLearn’s next phase of growth. This role is designed for a high-ownership operator who will run key business verticals like a founder — owning strategy, execution, growth, and results.



Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Owner – Founder’s Office who will act as an extension of the founders and take end-to-end ownership of key business initiatives and markets. This is not a support role — this is a build, scale, and own role.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, building partnerships, launching new markets, and ensuring execution excellence across functions.



Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & Growth

· Own the end-to-end performance (revenue, growth, profitability) of assigned markets, channels, or strategic initiatives.

· Act as the mini-CEO for your vertical — from strategy to execution to results.

· Identify growth levers across partnerships, sales channels, pricing, and product offerings.

2. Strategy & Expansion

· Work directly with founders to design and execute global expansion strategies.

· Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

· Build and launch new business models, distribution channels, and revenue streams.

3. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

· Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners (schools, edtech platforms, communities, enterprises, governments, distributors).

· Build scalable partnership frameworks and playbooks.

· Own relationships from first conversation to revenue generation and long-term growth.

4. Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

· Lead execution across sales, marketing, product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure successful rollout of initiatives.

· Translate strategy into clear execution plans with milestones and KPIs.

· Remove bottlenecks and ensure speed, quality, and accountability.

5. New Initiatives & Zero-to-One Projects

· Incubate and launch new initiatives, pilots, and experiments.

· Validate ideas, build GTM plans, test, iterate, and scale.

· Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them to closure.

6. Performance Management & Reporting

· Define success metrics and track performance rigorously.

· Build dashboards and report directly to founders on revenue, funnel metrics, partner performance, and market traction.

· Use data to drive decisions and course-correct quickly.

7. Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with founders, leadership team, external partners, and regional teams.

· Be the single point of ownership for your business area.



Who We’re Looking For

Experience

· 5–10 years of experience in business building, strategy & operations, startups, growth, partnerships, or general management.

· Experience in EdTech, Consumer Tech, SaaS, or Marketplaces is a strong plus.

· Prior experience in 0→1 or 1→10 scaling environments highly preferred.

· Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.

· Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, detail, and big picture.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
