Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage P&L, drive revenue and manage costs.
  • Recruit, train and drive sales productivity from resources positioned in SDG stores & explore opportunities for expansion.
  • Train, coach and mentor sales personnel to ensure quality performance in terms of approval rates and premium card mix (if applicable).
  • Ensure sales team adheres to sales quality and compliance to regulatory and bank guidelines.
  • Reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner bank to ensure no leakages on sales efforts.
  • Share daily and monthly MIS with internal management stakeholders.
  • Ensure outstanding payables are received in time.
  • Interact with third‑party manpower providers and other partners.

Requirements

  • 5 years Credit Card sales experience from a banking background and team management experience is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
