Job Description

The Program Manager will oversee the strategic objectives and assist with building infrastructure for the enterprise wide Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science or educational program. The Program Manager provides leadership, management and direction, and is responsible for multiple operational functions within, but not limited to, Admissions, Academic Affairs, Faculty Affairs, Student Affairs, Reporting & Analytics and Administration/Dean Support. Manages unit staffing and performance management; coordinates resources and work load to achieve objectives and strategies. Works with Education and Administrative leadership in development of strategic plans, budgets (work unit and programmatic) and process improvements. Manages partnerships with affiliated national/international consortium or program members.
