Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Program Manager for our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit (CMSBU) - Vehicle Antenna Solutions segment at our Guadalajara, Mexico facility. You will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs within CMSBU, developing a strong customer-focused Program Management team.

Join our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit, where we focus on Vehicle Antenna Solutions. You will lead a team of 2-3 Project Managers in our Guadalajara manufacturing plant, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication across cross-functional teams.

- Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
