Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – ERP Cloud Transformation to lead the overall governance, execution, and strategic alignment of a large-scale ERP Cloud program across multiple departments and entities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing multi-phase ERP transformations (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA), overseeing complex portfolios, driving enterprise-wide change, and coordinating the delivery of workstreams related to process re-engineering, data migration, and system integration.

This role requires strong leadership across business and IT domains, managing internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators, while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to strategic objectives.
