Job Description
The Program Manager will directly manage one or more flight programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, execution to cost and schedule, risk management, and delivery of high-quality products. The manager will coordinate with key functional areas such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Finance to ensure effective planning and execution of their programs. Additionally, they will mentor other PMO members and operate as part of a team to ensure the overall success of the business unit.
Responsibilities
+ Manage cost, schedule, risk, and customer interface for flight programs.
+ Collaborate with a Lead Systems Engineer who will manage technical execution.
+ Mentor other Project Managers.
+ Lead the development of space hardware programs.
