Position Overview
The Program Manager serves as the primary onsite leader for all talent acquisition activities. This role manages candidate interviewing logistics, oversees recruiting workflows, and acts as the main point of contact for the client’s hiring managers and employees. The Program Manager ensures strong communication, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination between the staffing team and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Oversight
Coordinate and manage the full onsite interview process for all candidates submitted to the client.
Partner with recruiters to schedule, prepare, and facilitate interviews.
Ensure all candidates receive a professional, consistent, and positive experience while onsite.
